The DPA meets weekly at 9:15 a.m. on Tuesdays. Meetings are facilitated by the DPA president, and reports are presented by the Vice president, Treasurer, and the Head of School.

Activities sponsored by the DPA include:

a) Assisting with planning Cultural and Social enrichment activities

b) Coordinating DePaul parent membership

c) Coordinating fund raising for field trip and activities

d) Assisting with the school activities calendar

e) Blogging and posting on the school’s website to enhance communication

f) Providing a volunteer base to help in the classrooms and on field trips

g) Sponsoring staff appreciation functions such as teacher appreciation

h) Providing hospitality for orientation in August and Awards/Graduation event in May

i) Assisting with other school events
